Registration & Admission Procedure
  • Interested parents may collect the admission form from school campus. Submission of registration fee (as per fee schedule) is mandatory to process application.
  • Fill out the admission form completely with student and parent details, attach required documents (birth certificate, previous school records or Transfer Certificate if applicable, photograph, proof of residence) and submit to the admission office.
  • Admission is granted based on seat availability, following “first-come, first-served” principle. Confirmation is only valid after submission of required fees.
  • Once admission is confirmed, parents receive an admission letter and details of uniform, textbooks, and orientation schedule.

    FEES RULES

    • Fees must be paid by the due dates. Delay or default may result in admission withdrawal or forfeiture of seat.
    • Students admitted under any governmental “free or subsidized” scheme shall comply with relevant admission norms and fee waiver provisions per statutory guidelines.


    POLICIES & GUIDELINES

    • Upon admission, parents and students must agree to abide by the school’s code of conduct, safety, discipline, and academic policies.
    • The school operates a “House System” to encourage healthy competition, leadership, teamwork and school spirit among students. House allocation is done at the time of admission and remains valid for the academic session.
    • Parents are requested to maintain regular communication with the school, support their child’s education, monitor attendance, timely fee payment, and ensure compliance with uniform and discipline standards.
    • Active collaboration between parents, students, and school ensures effective learning outcomes and sustained development environment.


    GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR STUDENTS & PARENTS

    • Provide accurate and complete documentation at time of admission; false information may lead to cancellation.
    • Attend parent orientation and meetings as scheduled.
    • Ensure child’s regular attendance, timely fee payment, adherence to school timing, uniform code, and discipline rules.
    • Respect school property, safety rules, and follow transport, lab, library, and activity guidelines.


    HOUSE SYSTEM

    • Each admitted student will be assigned to a House upon admission.
    • Houses compete in sports, cultural events, academic contests and other school-level competitions.
    • House affiliation fosters belonging, teamwork, leadership, and healthy competition among peers.


    ADMISSION TIMELINE & CONFIRMATION

    • Admission registrations are accepted throughout the year, subject to seat availability.
    • On submission of registration form and fees with documents, seat is provisionally reserved.
    • Final confirmation follows fee payment and issuance of admission letter.
    • Parents will receive information on uniform issue, timetable allocation and date of joining.
