Mr. Rakesh Wadhwa, a B.Tech graduate from Pune University, has been overseeing the management of New Stepping Stones International School since the year 2000. Known for his unwavering discipline and commitment to punctuality down to the very second, Mr. Wadhwa brings a strong sense of structure and dedication to the institution’s daily operations.
In his role as an educational leader, he closely collaborates with the teaching staff, paying keen attention to the smallest details in subject delivery and lesson planning. His active involvement ensures that academic standards remain consistently high. In addition to his academic oversight, Mr. Wadhwa also manages the front office and maintains an open-door policy, making himself readily available to both parents and students for any concerns or queries.
Mr. Wadhwa is also deeply committed to inclusivity and social responsibility. He encourages and supports students from economically weaker sections through various scholarship programs initiated under his guidance.
He believes that a successful school is the result of synergy between teachers, students, and parents. With the collaborative and positive efforts of all three, students not only achieve academic brilliance but also grow into well-rounded, capable individuals ready to thrive in the world.
Message from the Principal
It gives immense pleasure to Mr. R.K. Gupta, the Principal of New Stepping Stones International School (NSSIS), to address the students, staff, and parents. Mr. Gupta completed his Intermediate in 1989, graduated with a B.Sc. in 1992, and later pursued his passion for teaching by earning a B.Ed. in Mathematics in 2010. He is also a qualified CTET and UPTET educator, with a firm belief that learning is a lifelong journey.
To all students, he shares a motivational message: “There is no substitute for hard work.” He encourages them to stay focused, be honest in their efforts, and never stop dreaming big.
“Your determination today shapes your success tomorrow,” he reminds them. According to him, every challenge presents an opportunity for growth, and every failure is simply a step towards eventual success. Mr. Gupta inspires students to believe in themselves, move forward with courage, and remain dedicated to their goals.
